This is an amazing video that illustrates the important role and impact a good coach can have on someone. In this example it’s a young girl who’s flubbed the national anthem and needs help to get the confidence back so she can perform at her ultimate best. In my current quest for knowledge around what makes a great education for my kids, we are discussing coaches in schools and how teachers can become even better at what they do when instruction coaches are a resource.
