I am definitely going to reference it as I talk (or blog, or present, etc) about good teaching. The metaphors abound here; how he stood next to her and guided her without telling her or overshadowing her, his arm around her to support her while she finished what she set out to do, the team work and pride as her confidence came back in the end and she finished strong, etc. This short video really demonstrates and personalizes that the best of what teachers and coaches, perhaps all of us, can be.
